Important: To deactivate a user, you'll need to be an Account Owner (usually the person who set up your company's Cape account).
You will be presented with a list of people in your organisation. There is a new toggle to deactivate users on each user's line.
- Active are in the 'ON' orientation and are coloured green
- Deactivated are in the 'OFF' orientation and are coloured red
- Pending users' toggles are 'DISABLED' and are coloured grey
To deactivate a user, click on an active user's toggle.
You will be presented with a confirmation alert. Click 'Yes' to continue with deactivation.
The user should now be deactivated. Note that the user's toggle will now be in the 'OFF' orientation.
You will be able to reverse a deactivation by activating a user. Simply click the Status toggle of a deactivated user and follow the prompts to re-activate a user.
Cape will only charge for additional cardholders over your card threshold. For example, if you have 6 cards under the Essentials $99.99 (ex GST) plan, with a card threshold of 5, you would typically be charged $114.99 (ex GST). If you deactivate one card bringing your active cards count down to 5, then your new bill would be $99.99 (ex GST).
