Hybrid work
Our amazing team embraces hybrid working. We value flexibility, but also the time and fun we have together in the office, recognising that our time together supercharges us as a team. Our team are adventurers and explorers, so we provide the opportunity to work remotely for up to four weeks of the year - from anywhere in the world. We’ve had team members working from France, Bali, or while road-tripping around Australia. It’s all about balance and cohesion.
Working hours
Whatever works best for you is fine with us. If you’re more productive in the morning or evening, and can get your work done then, great. Trust and teamwork are what matter most here.
